By accessing or using ayushihandicraft.store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• All our products are handmade. Slight variations in colour, texture and finish are natural — this is the beauty of handcraft.
• Custom orders (varmala preservation, personalised frames, custom rakhis, etc.) require prior discussion via WhatsApp before payment.
• Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp. After you submit an order, Ayushi will confirm availability and share payment details on WhatsApp.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (as per seller's confirmation).
• Orders are moved into production only after payment is received (or COD confirmation).

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

• All applicable taxes included in displayed price.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price payable is the one displayed at the time you place the order.

All product designs, photographs, illustrations, logos and written content on this website belong to Ayushi Handicrafts. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for damage or wear caused by improper handling, cleaning or use of our products after delivery.
• Our maximum liability in any dispute will not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.
