- We ship Pan India — all states and union territories.
- Currently we ship within India only.

- Regular products: 2–3 business days processing.
- Custom / personalised products: 7–15 business days (confirmed at the time of order).
- Varmala preservation: 10–20 business days after we receive your items.

Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1,499: FREE shipping.
- Orders below ₹1,499: ₹99 flat shipping.
- Expedited shipping available on request (additional charges apply).

Damaged in Transit
- Photograph the product immediately on opening.

- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes or courier disruptions.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — parcels returned due to incorrect addresses will need re-shipping charges.
